Junior Church
Junior Church is for children aged from 3-7 years old. We spend part of our time on a Sunday morning in church and then go to our own group.
We usually follow a similar theme to the adults, but at an appropriate level for the young children, combined with activities and craft work.
We also cater for younger children if there is no creche.
We try to help the children learn about Jesus and how God fits into today's world.
Sunday Club
Sunday Club is for children and young people of all ages on Sundays and meet on Sunday mornings during term time. We meet in the hall downstairs at 10.30am for our own worship and learning.
Sunday Club has a varied age group so we have a wide range of activities and discussions based around the chosen theme. It is a time for the young people to explore what being a Christian is all about. We talk about our Christian faith and values and how these relate to our every day lives. In Sunday Club, we show our young people that age does not matter and we encourage them to make a difference in their schools, with their friends and with their family. We make our learning fun - music is always playing in the background while we talk and join in with various activities related to our weekly topic. We encourage and support the young people and pray that they know God's love for them in all that they do.
